Beyond The Badge NY strongly believes in honoring the memory of those officers we lost to soon , who died by suicide. It is not about how they died, rather how they lived. Each one of these officers gave many years of themselves to protect the members of the communities in which they served. Their hard work, dedication and bravery should never be forgotten, and memory should live on forever.

Each September during our Strikeout Suicide Softball Tournament we honor 4-5 officers,
our "Angels in the Outfield” who we had the honor and the privilege of working alongside. Most importantly we come together to break the stigma surrounding and mental health within the law enforcement community and remind our fellow officers that " In this family No-one Fights Alone"
